- Maintain and
apply Finite Element Analysis (FEA) computer codes to perform
static, dynamic, thermal, and heat transfer analysis.
- Maintain and apply multi-dimensional Computational
Fluid Dynamics (CFD) computer codes for both single phase
and multiphase flow problems.
- Perform post-test data analysis of propulsion
components, hot and cold flow tests, and analytically scale
results to full scale flight components.
- Perform CFD analysis of selected test configurations/conditions
to benchmark CFD codes.
- Perform various mechanical and fluid
mechanic analyses to investigate anomalies that are related
to stress and flow phenomena.
