Diversitech co-founder James Askew's business background is in marketing, business development, and management. His technical expertise includes aerodynamics, thermodynamics, and mechanical design, analysis, and testing of aerospace components and systems.

His 20 years business experience includes management of large programs, business development and managing contracts; and increased efficiencies of operation or reduction in operating cost of programs through technical and management innovations. James has held senior-level positions with General Electric Company, where he was responsible for a $20 million aircraft engine program, and with NASA, where he was responsible for development of advanced propulsion program.

James' extensive experience has focused both on acquiring and growing the business as well as managing the resulting technical and engineering contracts in the federal government sector; and has been a major reason for Diversitech's success. James has a B.S Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida and a M.B.A. from Xavier University, Ohio.
