Diversitech co-founder Lucretia Clifton has been actively involved in the medical technology, engineering services, and business operations industry for more than 20 years. She has led multi-disciplinary teams, marketing, strategic planning, human resources, and employee and customer relations.

Lucretia has held senior-level positions in the engineering and medical industries. Her leadership experience has been key to the growth of Diversitech since its inception in 1993. She has a B.S. Degree from the University of Florida and M.B.A. studies from University of Cincinnati.
